Military working dog handlers from the 628th Security Forces Squadron build a swing set for a deployed Wingman’s daughter Sept. 6, 2013. Staff Sgt. Kyle Shaughnessy, 628th SFS MWD handler, is currently deployed to Southwest Asia. His fellow Airmen built the swing set in accordance with the Trident United Way’s Day of Caring events occurring throughout Joint Base Charleston, where approximately 2,500 servicemembers from the base participated, volunteering their skills to assist with more than 50 projects in the local community. The base held their volunteer events a week earlier than Trident United Way's Day of Caring, due to operational commitments including the delivery of the final U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III.
