Navy Capt. Timothy Sparks, Joint Base Charleston deputy commander, chats with World War II and Pearl Harbor veterans during the 72nd Pearl Harbor Anniversary Memorial Service Dec. 7, 2013, onboard USS Yorktown at Patriots Point, Mt.
