A U.S. Air Force Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape specialist provides pilots and aircrew with critique at the end of a long day of SERE refresh training at the Naval Weapons Station’s Marrington Plantation April 22, 2010. The training is only a refresher course from the original 19-day course that pilots and aircrew were required to complete initially. The courses foundation is based on the code of conduct, but SERE training itself is about maintaining life and returning with honor. Due to the nature of SERE training, anonymity is important, therefore, the names of the SERE instructors have been withheld. The SERE specialist pictured is with the 437th Operations Support Squadron. (U.S. Air Force Photo/Airman 1st Class Lauren Main)
