U.S. Navy Adm. Mike Mullen pins a Bronze Star on U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Sean P. Houlihan at the base theater on Joint Base Charleston, S.C., June 3, 2010. Sergeant Houlihan earned the medal during a recent deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. During his visit, Admiral Mullen fielded questions from Airmen and addressed Department of Defense policy changes and expectations during an all hands call.
