Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, Nov. 7, at 2 a.m., so be sure to set all clocks one hour earlier before going to bed Saturday night. The 628th Civil Engineer Squadron reminds everyone that it is a perfect time to also replace the batteries in their smoke alarms. Additionally, as Team Charleston falls back into shorter days for the winter season they will gain an extra hour of sleep, but with darkness arriving sooner each day into the winter, reduced visibility can pose a risk. Motorists are urged to keep alert during after-work commutes to stay safe throughout the holiday season. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Brittany Perry)
