U.S. Navy Capt. Ralph Ward speaks with former prisoner of war, Jacob Scott after the POW/MIA Rememberance Day Retreat Ceremony on September 16, 2011, Joint Base Charleston, S.C.  Joint Base Charleston honored POW/MIA rememberance day with a 24-hour run that ended at the retreat ceremony followed by a wreath laying and a fly-over.
