The Articulator is a machine that acts as a human jaw. At the Dental Lab on Joint Base Charleston, technicians use the Articulator to hold molds of the patients' mouths in the correct position so they can give the finished product to the dentist. If the mold positioning is even a millimeter off, it will not fit into the patients mouth properly and the process will have to start over. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Ashlee Galloway)
