Petty Officer 3rd Class Pakisha Johnson, fills out paperwork for participants of the Stand Down against Homelessness at the Armory Park Community Center Oct. 27. The Ralph H. Johnson Veteran Affairs Medical Center and Goodwill Industries of the Lowcountry sponsored the 12th annual Stand Down Against Homelessness. The event provided medical and dental assistance, clothing, food, haircuts and job and legal counseling for hundreds of homeless people in the greater Charleston area.
