Navy chaplains represent more than 100 different faith groups officially recognized by the Navy. Derived from a French legend, the term “chaplain” represents a blanket or cover - covering all faiths and practices. At All Saint’s Chapel at Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, the 628th Air Base Wing’s chaplains provide religious support and counseling services and facilitate a safe and comfortable environment for all service members to practice their faith.
