Day of Caring volunteers eat, socialize and play games at the "Barracks Bash" celebration put on for their hard work Sept. 7, 2012, at Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, S.C. The festivities were sponsored by the 628th Force Support Squadron Liberty Program and the NNPTC First Class Petty Officers Association.The Day of Caring, organized locally by the Trident United Way, saw more than 8,500 volunteers working on more than 300 projects around the Lowcountry.
