Joint Base Charleston Public Affairs is introducing a quarterly photo story project highlighting service member's skills and talents outside of their military duties. This project is titled "Outside the Uniform." If you know of a service member with a unique talent or skill, contact the JB Charleston Public Affairs Office at 963-5608.
This month's "Outside the Uniform" project features Airman 1st Class John Yurcaba IV, a 1st Combat Camera Squadron broadcaster who spends his free time drawing comic book art.
