USCGC Eagle visits Charleston

Coast Guard officer candidates steer the tall ship, USCGC Eagle, down the Cooper River in Charleston, South Carolina, Sept. 9, 2016. The Eagle offers future Coast Guard officers the opportunity to practice navigation, engineering and leadership duties performed by junior officers.
