Military Saves 2015

To kick off the 2015 Military Saves Campaign, the Department of Defense has designated Feb. 23 to 28, 2015 as Military Saves Week.  Celebrated annually by military installations around the globe, the overall goal of Military Saves is to increase financial awareness. 

To commemorate the event, Joint Base Charleston leadership signed the 2015 Military Saves Proclamation asking all JB Charleston military members to commit to a goal of financial fitness.  To solidify that commitment, military, civilians, and family members are encouraged to sign a Military Savings Pledge and partake in the scheduled financial awareness events listed (mission permitting):

Feb. 25, 2015
Info Tables and Pledges: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Gaylor Dining Facility
Dollar Wise at Sea: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Fleet & Family Support Center
Good Credit - I Want That: 10 to 11 a.m., at the Airman & Family Readiness Center

Feb. 26, 2015
Retirement & Estate Planning: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Fleet & Family Support Center
Help Me Save! Webinar: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Airman & Family Readiness Center

Feb. 27, 2015
Open House and Post Judging: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Fleet & Family Support Center and from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Airman & Family Readiness Center.
