Colonel Margret Jones, 628th Medical Group commander passes the guidon to Lt. Col. Brian Neese, the new 628th Medical Operations Squadron commander during a change of command ceremony July 7, 2015 at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. Neese comes to JB Charleston from Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Az., where he was the chief of the International Health Specialist Division, Command Surgeon Directorate for the 12th Air Force and Air Forces Southern.
