Appointment of Summary Court Officer: 1st Lt. Ryan Ellis, 437th Logistics Readiness Squadron, is detailed as Summary Court Officer to secure and make proper disposition of the personal effects of Airman 1st Class Derek Webb. Anyone having knowledge of claims against the deceased estate, contact Lieutenant Ellis at 514-1717.

Free tax preparation software: Military OneSource is offering free tax preparation software to military members this year. The software, TaxCut Basic Online, is available to active-duty, guard, and Reserve servicemembers and their families. Military OneSource also offers a free consultation service to assist personnel with tax-related questions and financial planning. Information on the software and consultation service can be found at www.militaryonesource.com.
Tax preparation services are also available through the Charleston AFB Tax Center. The Tax Center offers free tax preparation services to active-duty members, retirees, reservists and guard on active duty, military family members, and Department of Defense civilians with an identification card. For additional information on the installation tax program, please call a Tax Center representative at 963-1040.

National Security Personnel Systems Training: The civilian personnel flight is offering a makeup NSPS classes on human resources and performance management on Tuesday at 8 a.m. at the Education and Training Center. Employees and supervisors who have not attended this class may register at https://afkm.wpafb.af.mil. For more information, contact Wilma Mitchell at 963-4405.

Tops in Blue: Tops in Blue, the Air Force's premier talent showcase, is coming to the Charleston area and will be performing at the Charleston Performing Arts Center in the North Charleston Coliseum complex Feb. 15 at 7:30 p.m. The show is free and open to the public. There is no reserved seating or advance tickets. For more information, contact Judi Horry at 963-4323.

Heart Link: The next Heart Link orientation is scheduled for Saturday from noon till 5 p.m. at the Airman and Family Readiness Flight. Heart Link is designed for the military spouse who is relatively new to the military and interested in knowing more about benefits and understanding military language. Newcomer's tour: The next newcomers tour for our newest Team Charleston members and their families is Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The tour will visit key locations both on and off base.
