Petty Officer 3rd Class Yuji Williams receives the enlisted Honor Man plaque from Master Chief Petty Officer Gamal Coles during the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command graduation ceremony for class 1104 at Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, Oct. 7.
