U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Stephanie Green, Naval Consolidated Brig Charleston Parole and Release department leading chief petty officer, was named the Palmetto Chapter of Women in Defense, Military Woman of the Year at the Charleston RiverDogs game Aug. 11, 2012 in Charleston, S.C.
