NHCC participates in FROT course, life-saving skills

The NHCC team participated in the FROT course to educate their Sailors on life-saving skills consisting of triage, initiate field treatment, decontaminate and save victims from Chemical, Biological, Radiological/Nuclear, or Hazardous Material.
