Daniel Moore, 628th Air Base Wing Command Post controller, answer phones and tracks transient aircraft flight information in the Joint Base Charleston Command Post Feb. 11, 2015. A 24-hour operation, the CP coordinates both military and community aide. When incidents happen on or off base, controllers are normally the first to know.
