JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Shirley Burgohy, a head bagger at the Air Base Commissary, helps a customer with their groceries at Joint Base Charleston S.C., March 24, 2020. The Commissary is currently open to Military and Department of Defense identification card holders. The Air Base commissary is open during its normal hours, which are Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is closed on Mondays.
