Congratulations to the exceptional performers during the 628th Unit Effectiveness Inspection. The UEI evaluates four major graded areas of wing readiness: managing resources, leading people, improving the unit and executing the mission. It is designed to foster a culture of critical self-assessment, continuous improvement and to reduce the reliance on external inspection agencies.

JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Congratulations to the exceptional performers during the 628th Unit Effectiveness Inspection. The UEI evaluates four major graded areas of wing readiness: managing resources, leading people, improving the unit and executing the mission. It is designed to foster a culture of critical self-assessment, continuous improvement and to reduce the reliance on external inspection agencies. Here are our exceptional performers: Tech. Sgt.
