JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA - U.S. Navy Sailor students, from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command, return back to Joint Base Charleston - Naval Weapons Station, S.C., after Hurricane Matthew swept through the Lowcountry, Oct. 10, 2016.
