Leadership from Joint Base Charleston welcomes the third of five new C-17s assigned to the 437th Airlift Wing, Feb 3, 2011. The aircraft was flown by Gen. Gary North, commander of Pacific Air Forces, Air Component Commander for U.S. Pacific Command and Executive Director, Pacific Air Combat Operations Staff at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
