A Charleston police officer holds a single yellow rose in remembrance of his fellow co-worker, Detective Sergeant Christopher Kelley. A yellow rose is often presented to honor and remember a friendship. In honor of Police Week, the 628th SFS collaborated with multiple base agencies to conduct various events to remember and celebrate their fallen brothers and sisters in law enforcement.
