Matthews comes to JB Charleston from Air Mobility Command at Scott Air Force Base, Ill,, where he was chief, Engineering Division Direcotrate of Instllations and Mission Support. Mongold is headed to the Air Force Personnel Center at Joint Base San Antonio – Randlolph, Texas, where he will serve as the chief of the Air Expeditionary Forces Operations Squadron.
