Lawrence Curtis talks with Tech. Sgt. Sean Stottlemyer about the position of wooden dunnage secured to the tops of pallets of water onboard a McChord C-17 on the Charleston AFB flightline Jan. 18. The dunnage must be positioned laterally across the tops of the pallets to ensure they can not slide out from under their cargo straps during flight.
