Chuck Ely supervises grounds maintenance on Joint Base Charleston Feb. 17. Mr. Ely is the project manager for Joppa Maintenance Company on the base and was recently recognized by 628th Air Base Wing Commander Col. Martha Meeker for his team's outstanding upkeep of the base.
