Charlie the alligator, long-time resident of Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, moved back into his new home, April 30. His pond has been renovated and includes custom-built, his and her alligator housing in the form of two eight-foot by eight-foot concrete storm water junction boxes buried underground but above the water line.
