Colonel James Clavenna stands are parade rest prior to the start of the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action retreat ceremony. The ceremony included participation from various groups around Joint Base Charleston, a 21 gun salute by the Honor Guard, wreath laying and music from a bag pipes player for recognition to captured, killed in action and missing comrades from the Armed Services.
