Army Spc. Maj. Gen. Timothy Byers, the Civil Engineer, Headquarters Air Force, Washington D.C., and Brig. Gen. Timothy Green, Director of Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., were given an aerial tour of Joint Base Charleston - Air Base and Weapons Station, Short Stay Naval recreation area and North Auxiliary Air Field.
