CFS is a non-profit health and human services organization that trains service dogs for people with disabilities. Through this program, military prisoners are taught to train service dogs for veterans with disabilities. Since the program's inception, 15 wounded service members have received service dogs. Service dogs are constant companions and can assist veterans with more than 70 tasks, including retrieving and carrying objects, opening doors, and helping with stress and balance difficulties..
