Sailors from the Navy Health Clinic Charleston don their personal protective equipment to begin their final "timed" exercise during their second day of the First Receivers Operation Training course June 21, 2013, at Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, S.C.  The 16-hour course consisted of one, eight-hour day of class lecture and a second eight-hour day of "hands-on" teamwork training to include a final "timed" exercise. NHCC team’s mission capable time was three minutes and forty-six seconds. Their set-up completion time was seven minutes and fifteen seconds.
