Joint Base leadership presented Airmen with their Community College of the Air Force degree in their respective career fields Oct. 4, 2018 at the Charleston Club. The Community College of the Air Force is a federally-chartered degree-granting institution that serves the United States Air Forces’ enlisted total force.

Retired Col. Brendel Kreighbaum presented the Pitsenbarger Award to Tech. Sgt. Rebecca Roa, 437th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron during a Community College of the Air Force ceremony Oct. 4, 2018 on Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The Pitsenbarger Award provides a one-time grant of $400 to selected Air Force enlisted personnel graduating from the CCAF who plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree.
